Acceptance
By creating an account or subscribing to Rentix, you accept these terms. Rentix Software — a brand operated by Anmaer Software (Quebec, Canada).
Service
Rentix is a SaaS rental-management software accessible online. We strive to deliver quality service, but Rentix is provided "as is" without warranty against errors. Targeted monthly availability 99.9% (see Service status).
Free trial
Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial. A valid credit card is required at signup to prevent abuse; no charge occurs before the trial ends. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard.
Subscription and billing
Subscriptions are monthly or annual (prepaid). Renewal is automatic at the end of each period. You can change plan, pause, or cancel anytime; changes take effect at the next billing date. Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD), before tax. Applicable taxes (GST/QST, HST, or foreign taxes) are added based on your place of business.
Refunds
No refund is due for a started period, except as required by law. If you cancel during a paid period, access remains until the end of that period.
Your data
You retain ownership of all data you enter in Rentix. You can export at any time. We process your data per our Privacy policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) attempt to access another customer's data, (b) inject malicious code, (c) abuse technical limits (volume, API requests), (d) use Rentix for unlawful activity. Any abuse may lead to immediate account suspension.
Limitation of liability
Subject to applicable law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the past 12 months. We are not liable for indirect damages (lost profits, lost business opportunity).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and Canada. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively before the courts of the Montreal judicial district, Quebec.
Changes
We may update these terms; we'll notify you by email at least 30 days before any material change.
