All services are currently running normally. No active incidents.
30-day uptime
Our availability commitment (SLA) is 99.9% for Starter and Pro plans, and 99.95% for Business and Enterprise plans. That works out to a maximum of 43 minutes of downtime per month for the standard SLA.
Our average uptime over the past 30 days is 99.98%, well above our commitment. The rare interruptions are documented below.
Planned maintenance
No planned maintenance at this time. Our major maintenance windows are announced at least 7 days in advance by email and on this page, and scheduled outside business hours (typically Sunday between 2am and 5am Eastern).
Minor updates are deployed without visible downtime thanks to our continuous deployment architecture.
Recent incident history
No major incidents in the past 30 days. Past incidents are kept in our archives for transparency, with a detailed post-incident analysis for events lasting more than 15 minutes.
We believe in transparent communication: every incident is documented with its impact, root cause, resolution, and preventive measures put in place.
